Our Thesis

Every ribbon-cutting requires scissors. Every groundbreaking demands a golden shovel. Every parent in an elementary school auditorium deserves a seat with adequate sightlines. Every parking lot harbors an unmet demand for a cold margarita.

These are not niche observations. These are structural market inefficiencies hiding in plain sight — and ShareCo Ventures exists to extract every dollar of value from them.

We are not disruptors. We are, more precisely, the inevitable conclusion of the sharing economy applied to ceremonies, civic gatherings, and school pickup logistics. We identified the gap. We built the companies. We are comfortable with where this is headed.

Our Portfolio

Four Companies.
One Vision.

Each subsidiary targets a distinct vertical within the ceremonial and recreational logistics sector. Combined, they represent a complete suite of occasion management solutions.

✂️

Subsidiary I

Scissor Share

Premium ceremony-grade scissors, deployed on demand. Our inventory of 14-inch golden shears has served ribbon cuttings, grand openings, and ceremonial inaugurations across the region. We ship pre-polished, fully charged with gravitas, and ask only that you hold them correctly for the photo — regardless of your personal connection to the celebrant.

🪣

Subsidiary II

Shovel Share

Groundbreaking ceremonies shouldn't require groundbreaking procurement. Our fleet of ceremonial golden shovels ships same-day, pre-weighted for a confident dirt-toss, and returned before anyone notices they belong to us. Dignity is included. The dirt is yours to keep.

● Seed — Rapid Growth

Subsidiary III

Seat Share

Elementary school auditoriums operate on pure arrival-time economics. Seat Share deploys trained seat holders to secure front-row positions before doors open. Book by event type: recital, graduation, talent show, or "the one where they read poems in front of 200 parents." Sightline results guaranteed. Our holders will vacate professionally upon your arrival.

● Pre-Revenue — High Conviction
🍹

Subsidiary IV

Rita Share

We identified the 18-minute window between school event start and parking lot arrival and asked: what should be in that window? The answer was obvious. Rita Share operates premium mobile margarita coolers — salted rim available — positioned for discreet and efficient pre-event fulfillment. Order ahead. We'll be in the back row of the lot. We know the one.

● MVP Deployed — Unit Economics Exceptional

Asset Management

The ShareCo Fleet

"Given the trajectory of the portfolio, the board has determined that vessel acquisition is not aspirational. It is a line item."

— ShareCo Ventures Q4 Investor Update, Board Unanimously In Agreement

Vessel I — Scissor Share

The Golden Shear

78-foot motor yacht. Commissioned upon Series B close. Named before the round was officially oversubscribed, which tells you something about the board's confidence level.

Vessel II — Rita Share

Salt Rim

62-foot sailing yacht. Fully provisioned. The blender is, naturally, on board. The margarita machine that started it all now travels with us.

Vessel III — Shovel Share / Seat Share

The Groundbreaker

Pending. Delivery Q2. The Seat Share team wanted naming rights and the Shovel Share team insisted on a hyphenated solution. The hyphen was approved.

The Board

Leadership

ShareCo Ventures is led by a founding team whose domain expertise in ceremonial logistics is, frankly, unmatched and also very recent.

01

FISHER

Chairman & Chief Visionary Officer

Recognized the untapped potential of ceremonial prop logistics after attending a ribbon cutting at which he was, by all reasonable measures, not the appropriate person to hold the scissors. Founded ShareCo that evening.

02

COLLAZUOL

Chief Scissors Officer

Oversees the Scissor Share inventory with a rigor that others have described as "disproportionate to the asset class." Has opinions about blade angle in ceremony photographs that he will share unprompted.

03

CORYN

Head of Seat Acquisition

Arrived 40 minutes early to a second-grade spring concert in 2023 and realized, in that moment, that this was a problem others would pay to solve. Was correct. Has not been proven wrong since.

04

VAN COOPS

Director of Rita Operations

Operationalized the parking lot margarita concept from whiteboard to cooler in under a week. Considers blender-to-cup speed a KPI. The margaritas are excellent. This is not a secondary concern.

05

MAKER

Chief Shovel Officer

Identified that golden shovels are used for approximately four minutes across their entire ceremonial lifetime. Built a business around the other 99.9% of those shovels' existence. Calls this "temporal arbitrage."

06

CHAMBERS

Chief Financial Officer

Manages the books across all four subsidiaries with notable efficiency given that two of them have not yet generated revenue in a traditional sense. Remains, in the CFO's words, "extremely unbothered." Three yachts are on the balance sheet.
